It is working on Redmi Note 4. However, using third party App for unlocking can put you at security risk.

To be honest, i don't like the facelock feature. What is the logic behind it? Can't a simple finger or password pattern do the same purpose? What will happen if a purpse is too much sweating and he wants to use his/her phone? These are just my views and you can oppose if you like.
