Need Help About Idea Udp

Hey DJ Members

i'm from maharashtra from today morning here idea is connecting to udp 9200,53 with pd-proxy at 0 bal but surfing is not happening so i have maintened a 4rs bal and 20mb data but then its connecting with pdproxy bat inner data is deducting ......

you have any solution for this.....?

try @ 0 bal. no other way to stop data deduction
