Need help with Mozilla

hey friends i dont know how i installed something on my laptop ,in Firefox every page is showing tons of advertisement (in some other language)and tons of pop ups are coming .I tried everything but could not find a way to remove it.plz help me.
(i m trying to upload a ss buts it not working)

Bro you may installed some unwanted plugins remove them and install the plugin popup blocker which help you.

You installed the plugin which comes from any software on internet.
Just remove that plugin all thing will be fine.
