question about reliance ussd bal deduction

Friends,
today in my reliance sim sms showed=
Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00
Current Main Balance : Rs:-3.00

but i had not activated any vas in sim,
on sending sms=myvas
first it showed=no vas activated
and later on stared showing=This information is not available at the moment. Please try again later.

tried on reliance insta-care app=
and on vas service button shows=try later

customer care phone is no one picking

have any of you experienced this problem, and if yes how you stopped this bal deduction

muje bhi ye msg aaya tha but mene cc ko call karo mil jayege wapish mene bhi le liye

yup call reliance customer care and tell him to back ur case

Same Here, trying to cc calling they didn't picked but extra 5 Rs also gone for calling them.
