Samsung Not showing sim 2

Samsung galaxy s duos 2 not showing sim 2 from today....
Today when I changed sim from idea to reliance and restarted phone then I found it's not showing 2 sim inserted in my mobile i.e Reliance but I even tried changing sim back to idea and also inserted voda, bsnl and airtel and restarted again and again but none of the sim is working in that slot......
Help me

its software problem .... have you rooted your phone?
1. if yes then try flashing stock ROM again
2.If no then you should go to service center....
