Serious issue with my new hp laptop

I am trying to use any trick on my newly bought laptop, but nothing is working.
For example
When I try to connect pd proxy
It shows
Open port found :[HIDE=300]53[/HIDE]
Authenticating...

And then nothing happens, after 5 minutes it automatically stop.
Pd proxy doesn't connect.

I tried using nmd vpn
It shows many processes going on
But finally doesn't connect.

I also tried using proxycap, proxifier
And
At last netbalancer to limit my usage.

But, at the end
Result is same
None of these connects or works.

Please help!

I have
Hp laptop with 4gb ram windows 8.1 pre installed, core i5
