Help needed for internet service selection

hello guys after finding that both airtel and vodafone 3g trick has been blocked.
i need some help in choosing the internet service for myself.
i am seriously not able to download any movies/animes and music videos that i used to when those tricks
were working . i hope they work soon.
but nowdays they are not working. in my area.i live in delhi. nead punjabi bagh.
there are four 3g available for me which are-
1)airtel
2)vodafone
3)reliance
4)dolphin

now all 3g plains are very coastly.but i want to monthly unlimited plains that have decent download speed
upto 25KB/sec and give unlimited usage. it should be prepaid.
can you guys just help me out which plain best suited for me. i have huawei 2gand 3g supporting modem which
supports all sim incluing these 4.

please reply as soon as possible.i can give upto 950rs per month not beyond that.

mtnl ke allava koi choice hein to please bata doon mere papa maante nahi hein aur jis area mein rahta hoon waah par bas ek aami ke pass hein mtnl ka landline connection.

mtnl 999 triband is best ..constant download speed of 160 kbps without any prob

broadband is best option....but if u still insist on using 3g use voda 9rs 30 min pack....i download around 1.5 GB in 30 mins.

mtnl broadband is good but its initial cost is very high.... par iske baad 458 per month lagenge prepaid plan mei ... speed 512 kbps unlimited... agar long term ke liye lena h toh mtnl hi le .. par thode time ke liye lena h toh reliance thik rhega ... airtel broadband mei hoga shayad koi plan ... pta karke dekh apne area mei

airtel ne 512 wala plan band kar diya h ab 2MBPS plan se kam koi plan nahi h check ur area for details..

bai mtnl broadband lagwa le bai 850 me 2mbps -18gb then true unlimited 1mbps speed deta hai mtnl bb

mtnl ki service sabse beekar hein . landline connection bhi disconnect rehta hein 15-20din tak. issliye mere papa bhi ise lagwaane nahi dete.
