help : is this udp trick working in airtel right now???

in AIRTEL sim do recharge with any video calling 3g pack and that will open udp port 9201...has anybody tried this on maha,delhi or haryana SIMS then please let me know..do not want to waste money??.. if working on maha,delhi or haryana SIMS then just confirm here!!!!

Those have doubt on video calling packs :
in delhi sim *121# and then 3gplans shows 75 3G Video min@Rs65
in maharastra sim airtel sites shows Rs 66 30days 75 Video mins
in haryana sim : Rs 66 30days 75 Video mins this i remember becz done before in 2012

Another trick around apn airtelfun.com...i got success message after sending FUN to 54321 but not able to connect any of apns airtelfun.com or airtelfun.in....i tried on maha,delhi or haryana SIMS...has this apn worked in these states....
