Aircel wikipedia trick help in kolkata

I apply this settings apn-aircelwap port-80 hp-m.wikipedia.org. But no page open. pls anyone help me

it works for you if you put proxy and port of your area...but only opens wikipedia page...
by using tcp you ..surf net as usual.
