now a days imei is on hardware rather than software,,(in early mobile phones imei used to be stored on software so it was easy to change the imei no. by altering or replacing phone software)
so if you want to change it you have to replace certain part of your iphone 4 which i suppose can be done but not legal,,

Hmmm I know that but I want to change for a certain period of time not permanently...
And replacing cpu do the imei change but I don't need that....
Ziphone do imei change but not working for me ..so I am asking here.
Otherwise notthing extra like involved in illegal matter.
