switch off your simcard for twodays..or do recharge of small 3gpack..

Bro 15 days tumne on kar k rakha hoga so unblock nahi hui hogi...
Leave it for 15dyas withought any use ...in a cornor !

just keep ur sim out of your phone and modem for 3~4 it will unblocked because everytime i get blocked this method works for me
