Always go for MTNL...BUT before you buy ...first check

1}if there is MTNL coverage in your area or not.
2} signal strength

Because in some area/parts signals are loose or no coverage area ...

ok...in my area ghaziabad mtnl signals are not so good..i have mtnl sim..its data download speed is around 1kbps...so i think its a not better option

i think huawai or u can use a d-link dongle they are cheap and fast
