I have updated my status last month by scolding idea network for their bad internet services in tamilnadu..when i was checking my facebook other inbox i have got an message from idea rep..how is that possible???...

after the status i have received pm in other inbox..
no in PM there are two message folders..1.friends text 2.other peoples.. i have got that text in other..you can check in your profile by message-->see all messages
check the status..no tags made..i know tagging will give issues like this...

yes..after checking my twitter account both idea and airtel tweeted me by regreting for the cause and wanted to know my mobile number for the solution..strange ... this way how many people would they followthese mobile operators have become smart now
idea responded me in both twitter and fb,,airtel did in twitter..i think twitter tag made them to look at me..i have linked my fb and twitter..after analysing all i got to know..also airtel and idea regretting their customers.
i haven't posted anything..i posted on my wall..but they got to know..factor is how??

finally i got calls from idea officials for apologies and solution.
after checking everything i have got to know that my fb is connected to twitter..no tags were made to either idea / airtel but both guys tweeted me to contact them..how??..you can check my status in image..
am not following them..after this status+tweet only they started following me..
