Airtel E3372h-607 Unlocking

I bought a unlocked airtel E3372h-607 dongle then for some reason it got flashed and when iam unlocking it i have to use it via web UI whereas i earlier used it like this

is there any way i can again flash to same .

PS : This dongle is locked to airtel sims only when using deafult firmware .

what method u followed for unlocking? pls share , i want to unlock too...btw, webgui is good as you don't need to install any dashboard to use modem.
