Here is trick.
1st creat new setting in ur mobile

Port-80
Proxy-80.239.242.253
now open ur handler and put proxy type as http and put proxy type as 203.115.112.5
Now save it and enjoy free gprs.
NOTE-u can replace 203.1.....with given below ips.
1.202.46.201.112
2.122.170.122.216
