Download any handler application
Add this front query

Freeip/~logamhel/a/nph-poxy.pl/010110A/http/

leave other fields empty

use ur states workin freeip
its workin in kar..
I hav posted this thread using this proxy and front query..

Try this and if its workin then mention ur working states.:-)
