Any working trick for Airtel Assam(North-East)????

Hello here in Assam nothing is working. I think the main fact is that we r geting server conection from Kolkata where 4g has launched. So proxy,vpn nothing is working here. First time i thought my sim was blocked so i tried with new sims but not worked. So anyone plz think about here too............
