dnt use cleaner...just delete all file from
windowskey + r
type msconfig + enter
frm starup section disable all unwanted apps...
againn open run
type temp + Enter
delete all files permanently by Shift + Delete
type %temp% + enter
again delete all files...
this is better than any tool....as tools take a lot of memory...and lower the processing....sometimes they do a lot of unnecessary download...and to optimise performance disable your antivirus when not in need. And i advice not to keep antivirus....learn to delete virus from registry settings on your own
