Just follow the instruction carefully.

*. Step 2-
When the Registry Editor is open navigate the key ‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Accent’.

*. Step 3-
If you can’t find ‘Accent’, right-click on ‘Explorer’ the choose “New Key” and rename the folder as Accent. Now you might see the Accent key in the left panel.

*. Step 4 -
Right-click in the right panel and click on New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. It would be named as DefaultColorSet, don’t change it.

*. Step 5-
Tick the Decimal option and enter a number in the Value Data column. Make sure you enter the value between 2-24. Every number is destined to a different color. I selected22 number and my logon screen background color was changed to pink.
