Exchange Lumia 520 with xperia m

i got my Lumia 520 only 2 and half months used which is still in more than 3 months guarantee period plus 9 months warranty.
so i would like to exchange it with Sony xperia m which is slightly more expensive for which i will pay an extra amount of ₹2000/-
