In west U.P. I think Tata Docomo.

Because I have personally tested Tata Docomo's speed goes upto 600KB/sec.

Where airtel sticks upto only 300 - 350 KB/sec


Here Idea and Bsnl 3g is also available , but did not tried yet. :-)

1) Reliance upto 2.6Mbps
2) Airtel upto 1.7Mbps

In a 3.6 mbps modem both airtel and Docomo gives same speed of 300-350 kbps But if it is a 7.2 or 21.6 mbps modem airtel comes first with the speed of 600+ kbps speed in 7.2 and in 21.6 over 1 mbps but docomo still keeps its speed to 300+ kbps speed
