The internet is much faster and more stable that it used to be in the past years and which is one of the reasons why online cloud services are so popular all over the world. If your device or computer does not have a lot of space, you have nothing to worry about because if you have good internet speed then you can enjoy the free online cloud storage services like Dropbox, Box, SugarSync, SkyDrive, Google Drive, etc. There are hundreds of other free and paid services too. Most online cloud storage services offer both free and paid online storage plans and you can choose one according to your requirements and solve all your data storage problems.
Moreover, online cloud storage is not just limited to computers. With the advent of smartphones, there is huge scope for online cloud storage services for mobiles too. Smartphones usually carry a lot of information and data in the form of photos, videos, SMSs, Contacts and many other things and it might be possible that your smartphone storage capacity is insufficient for the data you have collected. In such cases, we can either buy an extra memory card or use some free online cloud storage service. Buying a new memory card is an excellent solution if your smartphone supports large capacity memory cards as they are available at very low prices these days. But when it comes to memory cards, there is no guarantee of data security. On the other hand, in case you are using online cloud storage then you need not worry about your data because online storage will never crash and you can access your data from anywhere in the world and on any device with an internet connection.
Jottacloud has just released their official app for Android users. Unlike other online storage services, Jottacloud offers a huge amount of free space; 15GB to be precise. Jottacloud for Android lets you automatically synchronize your contacts, photos, videos, music and text messages with the touch of a finger. Jottacloud is a relatively new service and isn’t that popular which is why entry level 15GB space is a good offer for Android users. It will automatically attract more users because most of the free online storage services offer only up to 5GB storage space for a free account. Jattacloud is offering 5GB + 10GB free space to all its Android users for a limited time period and this offer will expire on 30th November according to the Jottacloud website.

Android users can download this app from Google Play and sign up for a new account from within the app without manually visiting the website in the browser. Once users have successfully signed up with a new account, they can easily enable or disable items that they want to sync. Jottacloud can sync Contacts, Photos, Music, Videos, SMS and MMS. In case you have a slow speed internet connection then you can disable Music and Video synchronization because these things take up a huge chunk of internet bandwidth and a lot of time to upload.
