BOLT is one of the famous mobile browser that offers an uncompromising browsing experience all levels of mobile phones, including lower-end mobile phones. First make a new setting with follows.

Then Open The BOLT and enter In handler menu Put
ProxyTYPE = Http
and givE
Proxy server =121.241.248.6 or 203.115.112.5 Or Your working Home page.
The Prov File for s40 phones are also added
