How to Increase BSNL Broadband Capped Speed ??

Any one Know how to uncap bsnl broadband capped speed , i am getting around 25 KBps Download speed where as Upload speed is 110 KBps . I have tried googling this info but got nothing informative idea .

Let me also know Is it possible to convert upload speed to download speed ? ? If yes please let me know

Any information related to this topic will be helpful for me or capped broadband users

Which plan are you using?Now the minimum broadband speed in india is 512 Kbps(Even after FUP limit).You will get 60-65 KBps(512/8) download speed in it.If BSNL is throttling your Speed to 25 KBps ,then call and ask them to fix the issue.

bro there was a dns tunneling trick working for bsnl broadband users but only for the limited data packs,,
