Hey Guys I'm using this Awesome App in my Android Phone and thought of Sharing with others.Basically what the app does is create a swap file in your memory card and use as a part of your phone RAM
What you need:

1. An Android Smartphone (As the app is only supported for Android)
2. A Rooted Android Phone
3. A Kernel Flashed on your Android Smartphone which supports Swap function
