2. extract the file
3. copy the files
4. paste the files into C:\Windows\system\

There are different files of xinput1_1.dll that are missing from the computer then you need to download xinput1_1.dll a single file and your all file will be automatically import in your system.

Is it for game to run at all or for installing some sort of game pad or joystick ? I have seen some application which "mimick" some game pad controller, and it were needed those libraries for correct work. Otherwise never happened with me before that.
