Query : states where bbm tcp 53 working ?????

bbm proxy blocked but bbm tcp53 still working in some states sure about that....people using it after doing 10-15times connect disconnect of mobilepartner and it works...

Can anybody confirm currently working of BBM TCP53 in PuneMH, Delhi sim's....i am planning bbm recharge after confirmation........
