UPDATE-Now this trick is not working in Delhi.you will always get message saying "please try after some time" and even it's activated then main balance will be deducted.So try this trick at own risk.I don't know about other states.

bro as i said,this trick no longer works.Even the plan is activated the balance will deduct.it's not working in Delhi and i don't know about other states.
