VODFONE PD PROXY CONNECTED BUT NO RECIEVING HELP!

HI GUYS .i just cheked pd proxy with host 203.115.112.5 and proxy 202.88.225.150 80 and it got connected but ..no recieved any data upto 3 kb. also it have disconnection problem..help me if you have any solution
