Hey bro check bsnl...
Recharge with 95 pack to activate bbm and then connect with open udp port
This only works in Maharashtra... if it is not connecting with open port then pm me I will help u

it should works... but bbm plan is costly it is 303 for 1 month...
i want u to check 1st 95 rs plan which gives 7 days validity.. if u r satisfied then go to higher
