3. To generate unique coupon code in relation to the PayUmoney coupon code (“Coupon Code”), the user shall be required to be registered through Facebook (www.Facebook.com) in App.
4. The customer shall be eligible to receive a discount of Rs.100/- for purchase made on selected merchant’s websites on application of Coupon Code.
5. This Offer can be availed by the customer/ PayUmoney Buyer only once.
6. In order to avail the Offer, the customer must be registered as a PayUmoney Buyer.
7. The Coupon Code may be redeemed against purchases being made on selected merchant’s websites through the PayUmoney payment option only. In order to avail the Offer, the Coupon Code must be entered by the customer on PayUmoney’s payment page.
8. The Customer shall be required to make a transaction of a minimum value of Rs.400/- in order to avail the offer. On application of the Coupon Code, the customer shall receive a discount of Rs.100.

14. PayUmoney reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the Offer. 15. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.
