Facing Problem regarding Airtel Money

i started airtel money account from pc 2 days before,But now i'cant check my balance it's showing you are not registered .I have rs 1613/- in cash too.In all attempts it showing you are not registerd go to airtel.in/money . Plz let me know is all user facing this problem or its only for me...
