You can now get windows phone 8.1 developer preview on your lumia(any model) by following the tutorial below.

What Is Developer Preview:Developer preview is final RTM of the software given to the Phone Makers by Microsoft to release to the public after adding some tweaks. It is the same software that will be released by Nokia In coming months most likely In June. So you Don't need to wait that long. you can enjoy WP8.1 Today. I am using it since last 3 days and its awesome.
Things Needed:
1. To get Windows Phone developer preview updates, you need to be a registered developer.
2. Make sure you have enough storage space on your phone for the update.
3. Make sure your phone is well-charged, so you don’t lose power during the update.

How To Register As Developer For Free:Visit Below Link And Register on app studio using your live id(the one you use to sign into your WP8 Store)

How To Unlock Your Phone For Preview:
Once you register on app studio, download the "Preview For Developers" app on your windows phone from below link

Now Open the app on your phone and signin using the id you just registered on app studio

once logged in, accept the terms and conditions and enable preview for developers.

Now you are registered For Developer preview. Go to Settings>Phone Update>Check For Updates.

Download The update and enjoy WP8.1 Before Others.
