guys need lil help in nmd vpn

now i m new to nmd vpn,but learnt myself how to make nmd config by modifing open vpn free config.the config i made got connected to0 but the problem is speed is same just lyk capped,why is it so?also i took proxies from hidemyass.com usedd it but seems this proxies die after few tym,so is there any solution for increasing speed and getting permanent proxy of high speed.

1-everyones net get connected with any apn
but for defenite port and proxy there specified a defenite apn...as you see aircewap
2-each proxies connected at 0' depends on which operator u r using
3-Bro u r using aircel tcp trick ,,,do u know aircel tcp gives you per 100mb with 3g speed and rest u get at 2g speed unlimted....

if u try to get more speed then use premium proxies or use vpnbook dedicated servers which may cost you...
