[help] how to tunnel over ssh

I have pages open on the ports http 80, https 8080,ftp ,telnet 23 and ssh 22 but no tcp port is open

please help me about how to tunnel over ssh

danger u can make ssh tunnel using putty.. first register ur id in cjb.net than open putty insert shell.cjb.net in address and make port 22 or 443 than go in the in ssh field expand him. and click in tunnel option than insert 5555 in source port and click on dynamic option and click on add now... now its complte ssh tunnel now open firefox and insert localhost and 5555 in socks proxy thants it
