Which data card should I buy?

This will be the second time I am buying a data card. So I don't know what are the things to keep in mind.

which would be the best data card in under 1500 range. Please speak from your experience. 3 features I want are:

* 3g support.
* No disconnection problem
* Ligweight in terms of CPU/Ram usage. ( Mujhe abhi bhi yaad hai ko jo pehli dongle maine 7-8 saal pehle kharidi thi vo pc ki speed slow kar deti thee).

So, Help me.

Update: I am planning to move to windows 8.1 this month. So please keep that in mind. Dongle must be 8.1 compatible.

I suggest u to buy MMX data card bcoz...

In iball modem mnc also not working....
Both huawei and iball PAP/CHAP enabled so mnc not connecting.

Mai khud use kar chuka hu ...

Do you realize 18K means 18,000? Its 1.8k. The one I bought has wifi support as well but its just 7.2mbps.
