ACTUALLY WINDOWS 8.1 iso HAVE INBUILT NETFRAMEWORK 3.5 with 2.0 and 3.0 . but at windows installing it doesnt install by default if u have iso of windows 8 or 8.1 u can install it offline by a software . if u need that soft pm me

Beta bro thanks aur maine bhe dakh liya kafi search ke bad mujhe pata cala ki dotnet to.windows ki dvd me hai hai sorce file me sxs folder ke adar i have done the.instalation

windows 8 and 8.1 already have dotnet framework just turn it on by going to "Turn Windows Features on or off" in the control panel
