Airtel blocked ports in maharashtra

Hi hackers,.
its a very sad news that airtel has blocked its open port 9201 in maharashtra so now shieldvpn nd pd proxy is not getting connected in 0 balnce nd in data balnce it is getting connected but data balnce is deducting.........
So now maharashtra has no working trick of any operator as Voda has also blocked portalnmms 4 days ago.
felling very sad ...
I HEARD THAT IDEA TRIKKK IS WORKING IN MAHARASHTRA CAN ANYONE POST THE IDEA TRICK FOR MAHARASHTRA IT WILL BE A GREAT FAVOUR.

none of the tricks are working in maharashtra...including idea...
i checked all apns of idea with vpn but none of them working!!

i've one bsnl sim... but its bal is null.. so any working trick of bsnl...???
shall i do the recharge of bsnl (top-up)
