Airtel TCP Ports Blocked in Delhi

Hey all ! Does Airtel Blocked all the tcp ports in delhi ?
i am not able to connect to any port in delhi. no tcp 443 or 80
checked many configs of different different VPN's still not working and also checked in
PD Proxy only UDP Ports are connecting.I also have 3g pack with some balance but its not
connecting
Only working with Proxy Trick
I think its time say bye bye to Airtel TCP also

If you have solution for this, your help will be appreciated !

check carefully that remote is 443 tcp only in the config

put 0 in tcp and try to connect it will automatically check any open tcp port
then find any hma or other proxy of that port and same of vpn host ..thats it
