everytime i exit any opened app i get this screen and thing take time to load. how to get rid of this problem

Either too much RAM is used up or some setting is interfering.. do a clean reset and see if problem exits

i reset and it works fine for some days and then again it shows this prblm

It is advertisement from apps.
It don't take more than 1 sec in my case.
If you have rooted mobile then apps like adblock may work
Or
Try to download firewall (there are apps like mobiwol firewall, for non rooted)

& then allow Internet access to selected /limited apps. It will help you save data and also protect from unnecessary advertisement.
