bsnl dns help

guys help me I found that ping on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 is working in Haryana but i am not able to use DNS trick, I have changed my DNS already...
I am using win xp.

95 ka krna hai kya bhai mein bhi hryana se hoon yahan pe chalti hai kya

as much as i know dns trick got blocked 1 or 2 day before is it up now

Bhai 95 ka hi hota h, lekin ab mat karna kyuki trick block ho gayi h, money waste hoga, mai to ek hi din use kar saka agle din block ho gi.
