clipboard history retrieving technique

hello guys..
i copied some content i lost them.
since i copies some other..
and now i lost all them
tell me how to retrieve them
is there is any software to retrieve them and
tell me the suitable method.
i am using win 7 32bit...

there is noway to retrieve the history of clipboard..but after this you can use clipboard managers which can track your clipboard data's...

this is a open source and freeware tool to keep track of your clipboards..
windows can only able to remember what you have copied previously..
