finally! Got a pc software to restrict internet to selected apps

I was continuously searching for many websites and even asking questions about an android like firewall for pc, no one was answering to my question, because I think they dont knew it.
But, today I finally found it.
Its name is netbalancer

because of this app, now Iuse intenet in pc without any problem, otherwise as soon as I connected to internet my data balance started to reduce at high rate.

Iwanted to add screenshot, but each pic was around 4 mb
so i tell u steps
1.open netbalancer as admin
2.u will see quick launch icon at the right side at the bottom of desktop(area where time is shown)
3.right click over it
4.select 1st option i.e show main window
5.a window will be opened, with all the apps name in it, right click those apps which you want to block, and select block, green shows download, red shows upload
6.after that click on exit and stop service, and then again follow step 1

note,
everytime you connect intenet, then you have to fresh start the app,
that means,
if it is already running before you connect intenet to pc, then, stop it by following step 6, and restart the app

i posted it months ago...and soft...was bee think ip blocker...it does all ..work and also ...u can see each ip connecting to internet.

Well, I tried beethink ip blocker by downloading from its official website,
but it was not working for me, and also was difficult to operate.
It would be better to use this software.
