Help BSNL Disconnection Problem

Plzz help me my modem is disconnecting again&again

Also hotspot shield elite is auto updating..after update it changing into normal version&in normal version few sites are working(fb,twitter) other are not working..even google is not opening

First Richarge with 3g Data planon your BSNL number use some data approx 100-200 mb then do BBM RC & wait 3-4 days all capping & APN prob solved
