How to activate 3G pack

as you all know...airtel has forced to stop their 3g service in 7 circle including Gujarat and i m from Gujarat..
as we all know that we can use USSD command *121*11# to activate 3G pack but their is no 3G option as shown in below snap...so is their any option to activate 3g pack..?

I want to activate 8 rs pack for 30 3G min...I tried to recharge but not working...

Yeah working fine in delhi ncr...only stopped in 7 circle..including Gujarat !

I want to recharge small pack coz speed is capped in my Airtel sim...if anyone have any solution for uncapping speed than let me know..help will be appreciated !

10 april se activation bandh hi gays..so no hope for...only 3g sim which active before 10 will work.

Jahan bhi airtel 3g Roaming me work kar raha tha wahan koi bhi speed uncapping ki trick work nahi karegi...even 3g recharge me bhi 2g speed mil rahi hai....so dont waste your time and money.
