how to get 3g speed in 2g data in bsnl

i m from rajasthan and i have bsnl 2g sim..
i activate 270 10gb data plan..first day i got 3g speed near 500kbps
but after that speed is 2g near 20kbps...
so how to get 3g speed back..

ye ek bar customer care ko call kar k bolo 3g me speed nhi aa arahi agar bole 2g pack activate hai toh lowest 3g pack activate karke bolo
