First step -- Find it
1.On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, Go to 'Folder Options'.
2.Click the View tab.
3.Under Hidden files and folders, then click Show hidden files and folders.
Recycler is usually locate in your hard drive,
you cannot delete it, if you delete it, it turns back even if you used CMD at the run and anti-virus can't scan and delete this file...
Second Step -- Deleting
1. Example you see it in drive D:\
2. Right Click the RECYCLER then rename it.
3. And then Delete the file once you finished to Renaming the RECYCLER.
Done.
