How to unlock airtel huawei E1751 dongle for Vodafone Sim

Hello Friends,

I have airtel 3g huawei dongle which can be used with all other sim but not with VODAFONE specifically. I dont know why it is not detecting the vodafone network.

Can some one hint any solution???
