need help in choosing between these two processors

hey guys... i need ur personal opinion in choosing the best processor powered laptop...
I have 2 choices AMD- APU QUAD CORE A10 OR
INTEL- CORE I-5 4th GEN

i think i should go with this laptop but getting 4th gen i 5 in the same range of 45 k
