Need Suggestion for Tikona Broadband

Need suggestion ,today am getting tikona net service of plan 2mbps upto 20 gb after that 512 kbps .. he told me i give u one day test mode chk our speed after that told me is it ok for you or not bcoz hightension line goes from some distnace of my house so he told u get low speed due this ..my speed test is

Download Speed: 2008 kbps (251 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 483 kbps (60.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 92 ms

but its dwnlaod speed varies +-200 kbps ....... so what u suggest is it ok can i go ahead for this

and am getting dwnlaod speed in IDM 250 KB/sec.................so is it ok ??

@Govil bro my ping is 80 to 100 ms all time... he told me chk it is u adjust in this speed then i activate ur ac otherwsie return ur money ...no am confuse what should i do.. bcoz .. without net my work not possible and low speed net also waste for me.

I used tikona broadband here in delhi and it was shit. always connection problem. from my side u shd not

I will suggest you bro that do not take risk.
Because it is ranging problem so in future it can cause problem.
The tikona is very good but after your 20 gb end you will get very bad speed.

but i dnt have any other option ,bsnl is also worst here ..no other bb service... so i have only option i try this ..if my work is ruuning n this speed than am using it otheriwse after 2 month discontinew bcoz i paid 2150 rs with 2 month prepaid and installastion charge included..
